Employers are responsible for evaluating their workplace to determine if any spaces are permit-required confined spaces. 

• Provide a site evaluation as defined by OSHA standards.

• Determine the level (potential) of hazards by presenting a risk assessment and evaluating the risk by performing a quantitative logarithm.
